Where the locals actually go
For a night among porteños rather than travelers: the botaneros scattered through Centro and the colonias (drinks arrive with free botanas; the one near the Rinconada entrance is easiest to find), or PM Salsa in Rinconada (Fridays, 7pm–2am) for actual dancing with a higher local ratio.
Safety, one rule
The circuit’s one hard rule mirrors our /safety/ page: stay completely out of the street drug scene. Also: colectivos stop ~8pm — budget for taxis home, they’re cheap.
